Everyday is summer! South Maui\u2019s climate is warm and sunny year round with afternoon trade winds and very little rainfall. You’ll find hiking, swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddling, diving, sailing, biking, golf and plenty of great restaurants.
<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll also enjoy exploring the island. Drive to Kapalua for swimming or Polo Beach in Wailea for boogie boarding. Try Charlie Young Beach for surfing. Ulua Beach in Wailea, named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America, and Black Rock at Ka’anapali Beach, in West Maui, are just a few beaches well known for great snorkeling. There\u2019s plenty to do on Maui and local companies like\u00a0<\/span>Boss Frog<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0rent snorkel\u00a0gear. They even rent bicycles!

Visit <\/span>Haleakala<\/span><\/a><\/span>, at sunset or sunrise for fabulous views at 10,023 feet above sea level, and enjoy the lunar landscape of the crater. You can also arrange a guided hike with the National Park Service.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Road to Hana with 54 bridges and 600 curves is an adventure in itself and one of the most scenic drives in the world.  There are plenty of chances to see beautiful waterfalls and incredible island views. Then enjoy the peaceful and quaint town of Hana<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the winter, you can go on whale-watching trips with the <\/span>Pacific Whale Foundation<\/span><\/a><\/span>, but don\u2019t forget the great views from your lanai at our condo where you can see the whales for free. The Maui Ocean Center<\/span><\/a><\/span> is a great place to explore the wonders of the ocean. Centrally located in Ma\u2018alaea, only minutes from Kihei, you\u2019ll enjoy learning about the amazing sea-life at this state of the art marine park.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
